In uitzonderlijke gevallen werden ernstige accidenten waarvan sommige met fatale afloop, gesignaleerd bij prematuren en pasgeborenen die tegelijkertijd ceftriaxon en een calciumzout (calciumgluconaat) intraveineus hadden gekregen (zie rubriek “Wanneer mag u Ceftriaxone Mylan niet gebruiken” en rubriek 3 “Hoe gebruikt u Ceftriaxone Mylan?”).
Des cas exceptionnels d’accidents graves, parfois fatals, ont été signalés chez des nouveaunés prématurés ou nés à terme ayant reçu de la ceftriaxone en même temps qu’un sel de calcium (gluconate de calcium) par voie intraveineuse (Voir rubrique « N’utilisez jamais Ceftriaxone Mylan » et la rubrique 3 « Comment utiliser Ceftriaxone Mylan ? »).
