Daarbij kunnen we als pluspunt nog vermelden dat de EG’s bij follow-up tenvolle behouden blijven en zelfs eerder verhogen: bij follow-up momenten tot 11 maand is de EG 1.16 (n=53) en vanaf 12 maand 1.04 (n=33).
Un point positif à mentionner dans ce contexte est que les tailles d’effet se maintiennent entièrement lors du follow-up et ont même tendance à augmenter. Jusqu’à 11 mois la taille d’effet comprend 1.16 (n=53), à partir de 12 mois elle s’élève à 1.04 (n=33).

As was explained in section 4.6, there is a great need for setting up a post-hospital follow-up of suicidal individuals, as simply treating the physical consequences of the act does not suffice.
