16 (1) À moins qu’il n’en soit disposé autrement dans l’autorisation du ministre, toute subvention au développement à l’égard d’un nouvel établissement est assujettie à la condition que, pour une période d’au moins 36 mois à compter de la date de la mise en exploitation commerciale du nouvel établissement, le requérant continue d’exploiter, sensiblement au même rythme qu’à l’époque où il a présenté sa demande à l’égard du nouvel établissement, toute autre entreprise qui utilise un établissement situé dans une région désignée et qui comporte la fabrication ou la transformation d’un produit identique ou analogue à un produit fabriqué ou transformé dans l’entreprise pour laquelle le nouvel établissement est nécessaire.
16 (1) Unless otherwise specified in the authorization by the Minister, it is a condition of a development incentive in respect of a new facility that the applicant for the development incentive shall, for a period of at least 36 months after the day the facility was brought into commercial production, continue to carry on, at substantially the same rate as at the time of his application in respect of the new facility, every other operation utilizing a facility in any designated region whereby a product is manufactured or processed that is the same as or similar to a product manufactured or processed in the operation of which the new facility constitutes the necessary components.

22 (1) Unless otherwise specified in the authorization by the Minister, it is a condition of a development incentive in respect of a new facility that the applicant for the development incentive shall, for a period of at least 36 months after the day the facility is brought into commercial production, continue to carry on, at substantially the same rate as at the time of his application in respect of the new facility, every other operation utilizing a facility in Canada, in which a product is manufactured or processed that is the same as or similar to a product manufactured or processed in the operation of which the new facility constitutes the necessary components.
