Ms. Catherine Kane: Thank you for the clarification, and it's certainly a very well-intentioned amendment, but I'm wondering if some of the concerns haven't already been dealt with by the previous amendment, the Bloc amendment that was subamended by the government to basically require that victims would get notice in accordance with rules that are established.
