Je suis convaincu que si vous vouliez accorder toute l'attention nécessaire à la situation tragique dans laquelle vivent les Colombiens, ni vous, ni aucun autre député représentant le Parti libéral du Canada n'appuieriez la ratification de l'Accord de libre-échange Canada-Colombie ou ne collaboreriez avec le Parti conservateur, qui veut faire avaliser par le Parlement la mise en oeuvre de cet accord commercial.
I am certain that if you were to direct all the necessary attention to the tragic situation presently endured by the people of Colombia, neither you nor any other deputy representing the Liberal Party of Canada would support the ratification of the CCFTA or would collaborate with the Conservative Party's will to push the implementation of this commercial accord by the Parliament of Canada.
