Le prêt est mis à la Moldavie en deux tranches, la première sera versée sous réserve que le premier examen dans le cadre de l'accord de confirmation avec le FMI ait été satisfaisant; la seconde au plus tôt au quatrième trimestre 1994 lorsque des progrès satisfaisants auront été constatés dans l'application de cet accord de confirmation.
The loan is to be made available to Moldova in two instalments, the first being released on the basis of a successful first programme review under the stand-by arrangement with the IMF and the second not before the fourth quarter of 1994, once satisfactory progress has been recorded in Moldova's application of the stand-by arrangement.
