Arrivé en fin de Présidence, Monsieur le Président, je voulais, cette fois-ci, sans me citer, vous rappeler, qu’en début de Présidence, j’avais insisté sur la nécessité qu’il y avait de respecter les règles institutionnelles, de respecter ce qu’il est convenu d’appeler le triangle institutionnel auquel je continue à accorder un certain nombre de vertus.
At the end of this Presidency, Mr President, I wanted to remind you, this time without quoting myself, that at the outset I had insisted on the need to respect institutional rules, to respect what is often referred to as the institutional triangle, which I still consider to offer a number of benefits.
