L’entité adjudicatrice * doit respecter les dispositions du droit communautaire relatives aux marchés publics et aux concessions, et suivre notamment une procédure équitable et transparente lorsqu’elle choisit le partenaire privé pour le PPPI, ou lorsqu’elle attribue un marché public ou une concession à une entité à capital mixte.
The contracting entity * must comply with the Community’s legal provisions on public procurement and concessions and in particular follow a fair and transparent procedure, either when selecting the private partner for the IPPP or when granting a public contract or a concession to the public-private entity.
