Ce qui m'inquiète surtout, c'est que tandis que dans le Sud la saison de chasse est très courte, dans l'Arctique et dans le nord du Québec nous consommons ces produits douze mois par ans; et nous savons que notre alimentation traditionnelle souffre depuis de nombreuses années, car on a étudié l'ampleur de la contamination chez les mammifères, et la pollution qui vient de partout dans le monde.
My main concern is that, while down south they have only a short hunting season, we have twelve months a year that we eat country food in the Arctic and in Northern Quebec; and we know that our traditional food has been hurt for many years, because people have been studying there the extent of contamination in mammals and the pollution that is coming from all over the world.
