Les deux mesures notifiées par le gouvernement italien tombent donc clairement dans le champ d'application du Règlement et doivent, par conséquent, respecter le plafond maximal pour les aides à la production en faveur de contrats de construction et de transformation navales, valable jusqu'au 31 décembre 2000.
The two measures notified by the Italian Government are thus clearly caught by the Regulation and must, therefore, comply with the maximum ceiling - valid until 31 December 2000 - for production aid in respect of shipbuilding and ship-conversion contracts.
