Au contraire, dès l’attribution du mandat, nous avions contesté l’argument selon lequel 90 % du texte du traité constitutionnel avait été intégré dans le traité de réforme parce qu’il ne peut taire la réalité d’un texte obscur, rempli d’annotations et de dérogations qui affaiblissent l’Union européenne, en particulier en ce qui concerne la politique étrangère et la clarté du droit.
On the contrary, back at the briefing stage we condemned the fact that the argument that 90% of the text of the Constitutional Treaty has been incorporated into the reform treaty cannot conceal the reality of an obscure text, full of annotations and derogations that weaken the European Union, particularly with regard to foreign policy and clarity of law.
