TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Afin de réduire le risque de désorganisation des registres, cet article tend à aligner la structure des taxes prélevées par les offices, en soumettant l’enregistrement et le renouvellement d’une marque au paiement d’une taxe (par classe) supplémentaire, à ajouter à la taxe initiale (de dépôt/d’enregistrement), pour chaque nouvelle classe de produits et services après la première classe.
In order to reduce the potential of cluttering of the registries, this Article aims at aligning the fee structure of offices by making the registration and renewal of a trade mark subject to the payment of an additional (class) fee for each class of goods and services beyond the first class which should be included in the initial (application/registration) fee.

Regarding heating oil, the original tax had been increased from EUR 40,90/1 000 l to EUR 61,35/1 000 l. The Commission considers therefore that any reduction of the tax going beyond the original level (namely EUR 40,90/1 000 l), cannot be justified under the environmental guidelines and is therefore incompatible with the common market.
