2. Par dérogation au paragraphe 1, tout produit phytopharmaceutique autorisé contenant Candida oleophila souche O en tant que substance active unique ou associée à d’autres substances actives, toutes inscrites à l’annexe du règlement d’exécution (UE) no 540/2011 au plus tard le 30 septembre 2013, fait l’objet d’une réévaluation par les États membres, conformément aux principes uniformes visés à l’article 29, paragraphe 6, du règlement (CE) no 1107/2009, sur la base d’un dossier satisfaisant aux exigences de l’annexe III de la directive 91/414/CEE et tenant compte de la colonne de l’annexe I du présent règlement relative aux dispositions spécifiques.
2. By way of derogation from paragraph 1, for each authorised plant protection product containing Candida oleophila strain O as either the only active substance or as one of several active substances, all of which were listed in the Annex to Implementing Regulation (EU) No 540/2011 by 30 September 2013 at the latest, Member States shall re-evaluate the product in accordance with the uniform principles, as referred to in Article 29(6) of Regulation (EC) No 1107/2009, on the basis of a dossier satisfying the requirements of Annex III to Directive 91/414/EEC and taking into account the column on specific provisions of Annex I to this Regulation.
