4. prend acte des observations de la Cour des comptes dénonçant l'absence de certains règlements d'application relatif au personnel, ainsi plusieurs dysfonctionnements dans le cadre des procédures de recrutement; déplore notamment que la composition des comités de sélection n'ait pas été pleinement conforme aux exigences du statut et, que dans une procédure de sélection, le président du comité de sélection était le supérieur hiérarchique direct du seul candidat convoqué à un entretien et choisi pour le poste; réserve un accueil favorable aux réponses d'Eurojust, qui explique qu'elle adoptera l'ensemble des règlements d'application qui font défaut et qu'elle a déjà pris des mesures correctives dans le cadre des procédures de recrutement;

Takes note of the Court of Auditors comments regarding some missing implementing rules on the staff regulations as well as regarding shortcomings in recruitment procedures; deplores especially that the composition of the selection boards was in several cases not fully in line with the requirements of the staff regulations and that in one procedure the Chairman of the Board was a direct superior of the only candidate invited for the interview and selected for the post; welcomes Eurojust's replies indicating that it will adopt all missing implementing rules and that it has taken corrective measures regarding recruitment procedures;
