- (EN) L'honorable député a raison d'insister sur l'importance d'attirer des investissements étrangers au Kosovo. Je pense toutefois qu'un investisseur potentiel se soucierait bien davantage d'autres problèmes que de celui du statut du Kosovo : je pense à l'État de droit, au respect de la loi et de l'ordre, à la criminalité organisée et à l'infrastructure politique au sein de laquelle on l'a encouragé à investir.
– The Member is right to show the importance of attracting inward investment to Kosovo, but I think that any would-be investor would have a lot of other concerns higher on their agenda than the constitutional status of Kosovo – concerns about the rule of law, about the law and order situation, about organised crime and about the policy infrastructure within which he or she was being encouraged to invest.
