Il me semble que la crise à laquelle nous faisons face en Iraq est due au manque de volonté politique de traiter de façon appropriée la menace que Saddam Hussein et son hégémonie posent à ses voisins ainsi qu'à la stabilité et à la paix dans cette région depuis 1991, lorsqu'il était à son plus faible.
It seems to me that we are faced with a crisis in Iraq because of the failure of political will to deal appropriately with the threat that Saddam Hussein and his leadership cadre has posed to his neighbours and to the stability and peace of the region since 1991, when he suffered his weakest moments.
