Le Bloc québécois est nécessairement très favorable à l'adoption de ce projet de loi et souhaite qu'il soit enfin adopté le plus rapidement possible. D'autant plus que je rappelle que deux versions antérieures à ce projet de loi ont déjà été présentées depuis février 2003 et ne sont pas rendues à l'étape de leur adoption officielle.
