Le 23 décembre 1977, la Commission a pris une décision d'exemption, aux termes de l'article 85(3) du Traité CEE, à l'égard des accords par lesquels la société Davide Campari-Milano (ci-après Campari Milano) avait concédé une licence exclusive de sa marque Bitter Campari à des entreprises situées respectivement en Allemagne, au Danemark, en France, en Belgique/Luxembourg et aux Pays-Bas.
On 23 December 1977, the Commission took an exemption decision, under Article 85(3) of the EEC Treaty, in respect of a series of agreements whereby Davide Campari-Milano (hereinafter Campari- Milano) granted an exclusive licence for its Bitter Campari trademark to undertakings situated in Belgium/Luxembourg, Denmark, France, Germany and the Netherlands.
