Pour ce qui est de l’argument selon lequel Foshan Shunde devrait recevoir le document d’information du 20 février 2007 et non le document d’information révisé du 23 mars 2007, il est à noter que, conformément à l’arrêt rendu par la Cour de justice, la Commission devrait corriger l’irrégularité procédurale.
With respect to the argument that Foshan Shunde should receive the disclosure document of 20 February 2007 and not the revised disclosure document of 23 March 2007 it is noted that in line with the Court of Justice judgment the Commission should correct the procedural irregularity.
