La Commission européenne a autorisé, en application du règlement sur les concentrations de l'UE, la création d'une entreprise commune entre Shell Brazil Holding B.V., qui appartient au groupe Shell (Royaume-Uni), et Cosan S.A. Indústria e Comércio (Brésil) en vue de la production, de la distribution et de la vente de sucre, d'éthanol et de produits connexes.
The European Commission has cleared under the EU Merger Regulation the creation of a joint venture between Shell Brazil Holding B.V. belonging to Shell Group of the UK and Cosan S.A. Indústria e Comércio of Brazil, for the production, distribution and sale of sugar, ethanol and related products.
