Le Conseil se réjouit également de la décision de la Commission de prolonger le travail du forum de deux années supplémentaires et il a approuvé une convention d’adhésion qui, lorsqu’elle sera ratifiée, permettra aux dix nouveaux États membres d’adhérer à la convention d’arbitrage.
The Council also welcomed the Commission's decision to prolong the work of the Forum for a further two years and agreed on an Accession Convention that will, when ratified, allow the ten new Member States to adhere to the Arbitration Convention.
