Ivan Bernier: Il faudra faire un effort pour résoudre cette dichotomie dans les intérêts qui va se manifester davantage avec la nouvelle OMC, mais je ne suis pas nécessairement prêt à dire qu'il y aura affaiblissement de l'OMC, perte d'influence et nécessité de s'en remettre uniquement aux organisations régionales.
Mr. Ivan Bernier: Efforts will have to be made to resolve this dichotomy in the interests that will be more apparent in the new WTO, but I'm not necessarily prepared to say that the WTO will be weakened, that it will lose influence or that we should fall back only on regional organizations.
