2. When carrying out that review, the Commission shall evaluate whether the core network as provided for in this Regulation will comply with the provisions of Chapter III by 2030 while taking into account the economic and budgetary situation in the Union and in individual Member States.

Cette proposition de règlement sera présentée par la Commission à l'occasion de l'adoption de la présente communication.
The proposal for this regulation shall be tabled by the Commission simultaneously to the adoption of this Communication.

6. Toute demande présentée au titre de l'année 1993 pour un nombre d'animaux qui dépasse le plafond individuel fixé conformément à l'article 27 paragraphe 1 du présent règlement sera réduite jusqu'au nombre correspondant auxdites limites.
6. Any application submitted in respect of 1993 for a number of animals in excess of the individual ceilings determined in accordance with Article 27 (1) of this Regulation shall be reduced to the number corresponding to the said ceiling.

As regards contracts for the supply of ores and source materials, implementation of Articles 5 and 6 of these Rules shall be deferred for six months from the date of their entry into force as laid down in the first paragraph of this Article.
