Je voudrais seulement dire une chose, Madame Karamanou : si l'Albanie n'est pas un pays d'origine sûr et si nous devons traiter les réfugiés albanais différemment des autres, l'Albanie ne peut pas non plus ambitionner de participer à un accord de stabilisation et d'association.
I should like to say just one thing, Mrs Karamanou: if Albania is not a safe country of origin and we treat Albanian refugees differently from others, then neither can Albania claim that it wants to enter into a stability and association agreement with us.
