Voulant tout d’abord assurer que toute situation de non réciprocité soit débattue, la Commission propose d’établir pour cela l’obligation pour l’Etat membre concerné de notifier l’introduction ou le maintien de l’obligation de visa par un pays tiers à l’égard de ses ressortissants.
Designed initially to ensure that every situation of non-reciprocity is discussed, the Commission proposal would introduce a requirement for the Member State involved to notify the introduction or maintenance of the visa obligation for its nationals by a third country.
