Madame le leader du gouvernement au Sénat ne croit-elle pas que le ministre de la Coopération internationale aurait agi différemment si on avait réagi plus honorablement dans le cas du ministère des Affaires étrangères?
He would have us believe that that is not the case. Does the Leader of the Government in the Senate not believe that the Minister of International Cooperation would have acted differently if the situation with the Department of Foreign Affairs had been handled better?
