(16) Un plan opérationnel bien défini, prévoyant notamment une évaluation et une obligation de notification des incidents, convenu avant le début des opérations entre l'Agence et l'État membre hôte, en concertation avec les États membres participants et l'Agence, contribuera grandement à la réalisation des objectifs fixés dans le présent règlement en instaurant un mode opératoire plus harmonisé en ce qui concerne la coordination des opérations.
(16) A well-defined operational plan, including an evaluation and an obligation to report incidents, agreed prior to the start of the operations amongst the Agency and the host Member State, in consultation with the participating Member States and the Agency, will largely contribute to the objectives of this Regulation with a more harmonised modus operandi regarding the coordination of operations.
