Pour ce qui est du statut fiscal des entreprises communes au regard de la TVA, le rapport Rosati soutenait également la Commission dans sa demande de clarification du statut fiscal de ces entreprises afin de mettre fin à l'avantage injustifié dont bénéficie l'État membre dans lequel l'entreprise commune est établie.
On VAT tax treatment of joint undertakings, the "Rosati report" equally supported the Commission in its request of clarification on the tax status of Joint Undertakings so as to correct the unbalanced situation in favour of the Member States, where the Joint Undertaking is established.
