Réciproquement, si M. le sénateur Roche désirait aller à l'école, le gouvernement fédéral pourrait déclarer: «Nous financerons votre formation pendant quatre ans, vous irez ensuite travailler au Nunavut pendant cinq ans et, ainsi, vous vous acquitterez de vos dettes envers nous».
Conversely, if Senator Roche would like to go to school, the federal government could say, " We will pay for your education for four years, you will go to Nunavut and work there for five years, and then we will write your debt clean" .
