Robert Giroux: J'aimerais ajouter très rapidement, car vous avez parlé du thème de la satisfaction professionnelle, que ce que l'on vous dit ici ce matin, particulièrement en ce qui a trait à l'aide à la recherche, c'est que l'un des facteurs clés dans nos études a démontré que ce qui permet de garder les meilleurs chercheurs ici au Canada, c'est l'environnement global dans lequel se fait la recherche, à partir de l'infrastructure jusqu'à l'aide directe, les techniciens, etc.
Dr. Robert Giroux: I'd like to add very quickly, because you talked of the theme of job satisfaction, the point we are making here this morning, particularly in terms of research assistance, is that one of the key factors our studies have shown in terms of keeping top-flight researchers in Canada is the total research environment, from the infrastructure to the direct assistance, to the technicians and so forth.
