However, given that Textilwerke Deggendorf has not yet repaid all the aid which it received illegally between 1981 and 1983, and that its competitiveness will remain artificially high due to an advantage which adversely affects trading conditions, the Commission has attached to its decision the condition that the German Government suspend payment of this new aid until the incompatible aid illegally granted has actually been reimbursed by the company.
