Foreign Affairs Ms. Francine Lalonde (Mercier, BQ): Mr. Speaker, I have the honour to present a petition from constituents and other citizens calling for the release of five Cubans who have been held in detention in the United States since September 1998 and were sentenced in 2001 to lengthy prison terms ranging from 15 years to a double life sentence.
