Some of the things that can be done in legislation are making it clearer that foundations could invest in community loan funds, which they cannot do now, and they could be RRSP-eligible, to attract capital we have tried to get—and the Montreal Community Loan Association has certainly tried—and have not received from mainline financial institutions.
