C'est donc sur cette note, honorables sénateurs, que je redis mon espoir que le gouvernement canadien ne l'oublie pas et qu'il agira en conséquence, car le Canada a sa place dans cette Francophonie internationale et il doit la garder.
On that note, honourable senators, I repeat my hope that the Government of Canada will not forget this and will act accordingly, because Canada has a place in the international francophone community, and it must keep that place.
