Sans pouvoir prétendre que j'ai lu chaque mot, j'ai lu une bonne partie de ce rapport, et il me semble que l'une des recommandations adressées aux Premières nations par la Commission concernait le fait qu'il ne serait ni raisonnable ni sensé de s'attendre à ce que le gouvernement traite individuellement avec chacune des 630 Premières nations, et qu'il serait normal que ces dernières se regroupent pour examiner un certain nombre d'enjeux, notamment lorsqu'elles se trouvent dans la même province, ou la même municipalité, par exemple.
Although I cannot say I read every word, I read a lot of it, and it seems to me that one of the recommendations by the commission to the first nations was to expect the government to deal absolutely differently with 630 first nations was not a very reasonable or sensible way of dealing with it, and first nations would have to get into some sorts of groupings for some of these matters, particularly where they're in the same province, the same municipality, or what have you.
