Le Président Delors aura des échanges de vues avec le Premier Ministre et d'autres membres du gouvernement portugais sur les perspectives de la Communauté. 3. Il participera à une réunion de travail, comme souhaité des deux côtés, sur la mise en oeuvre de la reforme des fonds structurels (proposée par la Commission dans le plan Delors et adoptée par le Conseil européen le 13 février 1988) et du Programme européen de modernisation de l'industrie portugaise (PEDIP).

He will discuss the outlook for the Community with the Prime Minister and other members of the Protuguese Government. 3. At the request of both sides, he will attend a working meeting on implementation of the reform of the structural Funds (proposed by the Commission in the Delors plan and approved by the European Council on 13 February 1988) and the Specific Development Programme for Portuguese Industry (PEDIP).
