132. demande à l'Union européenne de garantir la responsabilité de ses agents pour les violations des droits fondamentaux commises par ceux-ci; demande plus particulièrement de veiller à ce qu'une enquête soit ouverte à la suite d'allégations indiquant des violations commises dans le cadre des opérations coordonnées par l'agence Frontex et que des mesures appropriées, disciplinaires ou autres, soient prises à l'encontre de ceux qui ont effectivement commis des violations de ce type; réclame, à cette fin, la création d'un mécanisme de recours interne au sein de Frontex, comme l'a demandé le Médiateur européen dans le cadre de son enquête OI/5/2012/BEH-MHZ, et que soient rendues publiques les conclusions des enquêtes menées sur la base d'allégations de violations des droits humains; demande en outre la suspension des opérations de l'agence lorsque, dans le cadre de celles-ci, des violations des droits fondamentaux ont été commises, comme le prévoit l'article 3, paragraphe 1, point a), du règlement (UE) nº 1168/2011;
132. Calls on the EU to hold its own agents liable for any infringements of fundamental rights they might commit; in particular, calls for assurances to be given that an investigation will be opened, following allegations that infringements were committed during operations coordinated by the Frontex agency, and that appropriate measures, of a disciplinary or other nature, will be taken against those who are shown to have committed such infringements; to that end calls for an internal Frontex redress mechanism as requested by the European Ombudsman in his investigation into Case OI/5/2012/BEH-MHZ and for the conclusions of investigations into allegations of human rights infringements to be made public; calls, moreover, for Frontex operations to be halted where infringements of human rights have been committed during such operations, as provided for in Article 3(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No 1168/2011;
