Les amendements proposés donneront enfin au ministre du Travail le pouvoir de transmettre des informations aux ministères fédéraux et provinciaux ainsi qu'à des organisations internationales, s'il estime que cela sert l'intérêt public en général ou le dossier de la santé et de la sécurité au travail en particulier.
The amendments would also give the Minister of Labour the authority to share information with federal and provincial government departments as well as with international organizations if the minister deems it to be in the interests of occupational health and safety or in the public interest overall.
