Il ressort nettement des entretiens menés avec les associations d'employeurs et les syndicats que le problème essentiel de ces nouveaux secteurs réside toutefois dans le manque de structures de représentation des deux parties; de premiers projets tentent de promouvoir le développement de telles structures et mon rapport soutient clairement ces efforts.
In discussions with employers' associations and trade unions, it becomes clear that the main problem in these new sectors is the absence of representative bodies on both sides. There are first projects aiming to promote the creation of such bodies, and my report clearly supports these endeavours.
