TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

E. rappelle que les produits non agricoles font partie intégrante de notre identité et qu'ils représentent un élément important du patrimoine culturel des États membres; insiste sur le fait que le principal défi à relever pour le secteur du patrimoine culturel est celui de la disparition progressive des techniques et des artisanats traditionnels et que la protection de l'indication géographique des produits non agricoles peut servir d'incitation pour préserver la patrimoine culturel et le savoir-faire traditionnel, et garantir une rémunération équitable aux producteurs et faire en sorte que ces produits soient largement disponibles;
E. recalls that non-agricultural products are an integral part of our identity and are an important element of the Member States’ cultural heritage; emphasises that one of the main challenges faced by this sector is the gradual extinction of traditional skills and crafts, and that the GI protection of non-agricultural products could function as an incentive to preserve this cultural heritage and traditional know-how, and also to guarantee fair remuneration for producers and the originality and widest possible availability of these products;

De même, il convient que le présent règlement couvre certains autres produits qui, comme les produits agricoles transformés, entretiennent un lien étroit avec les produits agricoles, du fait que ces autres produits constituent un débouché important pour les produits agricoles ou font partie intégrante du processus de production.
Likewise, this Regulation should cover certain other products which are linked to agricultural products in a similarly close way as processed agricultural products because those other products either constitute a major outlet for agricultural products or form an integral part of the production process.

Il ne sera pas soulevé d’objection si un État membre modifie les quantités annuelles totales provisoires de quotas d’émission allouées à titre gratuit aux installations situées sur son territoires qui figurent sur les listes visées au paragraphe 1 et qui sont énumérées à l’annexe I, point C, de la présente décision avant de déterminer la quantité annuelle totale définitive pour la période 2013-2020 conformément à l’article 10, paragraphe 9, de la décision 2011/278/UE, pour autant que la modification consiste à rendre l’allocation conforme aux dispositions de l’article 10, paragraphe 2, point a), de la décision 2011/278/UE et à exclure toute allocation pour les procédés couverts par les limites du système du référentiel de produit de la fonte liquide telle que définie à l’annexe I de ladite décision à une installation qui importe de la fonte liquide mais n’en produit pas, ce qui aurait pour effet d’entraîner un double comptage.
No objections are raised should a Member State amend the preliminary total annual amounts of emission allowances allocated free of charge to installations in its territory included in the lists referred to in paragraph 1 and listed in point C of Annex I to this Decision before determining the final total annual amount for each year from 2013 to 2020 in accordance with Article 10(9) of Decision 2011/278/EU to the extent that the amendment consists of bringing the allocation in line with Article 10(2)(a) of Decision 2011/278/EU and excluding any allocation for processes that are covered by the system boundaries of the product benchmark for hot metal as defined in Annex I to Decision 2011/278/EU to an installation not producing, but importing hot metal that would otherwise lead to double counting.

Au cas où il en résulte une augmentation de la quantité annuelle totale provisoire de quotas d’émission dans une installation qui produit de la fonte liquide et l’exporte vers une installation énumérée à l’annexe I, point B, de la présente décision, il ne sera pas soulevé d’objection si l’État membre concerné modifie en conséquence la quantité annuelle totale provisoire de l’installation qui produit et exporte la fonte liquide.
Where this leads to an increase of the preliminary total annual amount of emission allowances in an installation producing and exporting hot metal to an installation listed in point B of Annex I to this Decision, no objections are raised should the Member State concerned amend the preliminary total annual amount of this installation producing and exporting hot metal accordingly.

L’expansion prise par le commerce international de produits chimiques au cours des années 60 et 70 a suscité une inquiétude croissante au sujet des risques liés à l’utilisation de produits chimiques dangereux, ce qui a donné lieu à l’élaboration, en 1985, par l’Organisation des Nations unies pour l’alimentation et l’agriculture (FAO), du Code international de conduite pour la distribution et l'utilisation des pesticides et, en 1987, par le Programme des Nations unies pour l’environnement (PNUE), des directives de Londres applicables à l’échange de renseignements sur les produits chimiques qui font l’objet du commerce international.
The growth in world trade in chemicals during the 60s and the 70s led to increasing concerns about the risks of using hazardous chemicals and, as a response to these concerns, to the development in 1985 of the International Code of Conduct on the Distribution and Use of Pesticides by the Food and Agriculture Organisation of the United Nations (FAO), and in 1987 of the London Guidelines for the Exchange of Information on Chemicals in International Trade by the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP).

La catégorie des produits/substances qui font l'objet d'une surveillance de la part des autorités compétentes en matière de sécurité de la santé et de l'environnement face aux produits chimiques, comme les pesticides et les produits chimiques industriels, représente quant à elle 19 % des animaux utilisés pour des essais toxicologiques et autres évaluations de la sécurité.
The group of products/substances falling under the scrutiny of authorities concerned with safety of health and of the environment by chemical products, such as industrial chemicals and pesticides, used 19% of the animals for toxicological and other safety evaluations.
