L’option privilégiée comprend donc les principaux éléments suivants: modifier les conditions d’admission et rendre la carte bleue européenne accessible à un groupe élargi de travailleurs dotés de compétences élevées, améliorer les droits associés à la carte bleue européenne, notamment la mobilité intra-UE, et ne pas étendre le champ d’application aux travailleurs autres que ceux dotés de compétences élevées.
The preferred option includes therefore the following main elements: modifying the admission conditions and making the EU Blue Card accessible to a wider group of highly skilled workers; improving the rights associated with the EU Blue Card, including intra-EU mobility; and not extending the scope beyond highly skilled workers.
