Un renvoi préjudiciel visé au paragraphe précédent est, lorsque la juridiction nationale a demandé l'application de la procédure d'urgence ou lorsque le président a demandé à la chambre désignée d'examiner la nécessité de soumettre le renvoi à cette procédure, aussitôt notifié par les soins du greffier aux parties en cause devant la juridiction nationale, à l'Etat membre dont relève cette juridiction ainsi qu'aux institutions visées à l'article 23, premier alinéa, du statut dans les conditions prévues par cette disposition.

A reference for a preliminary ruling of the kind referred to in the preceding paragraph shall, where the national court or tribunal has requested the application of the urgent procedure or where the President has requested the designated Chamber to consider whether it is necessary to deal with the reference under that procedure, be notified forthwith by the Registrar to the parties to the action before the national court or tribunal, to the Member State from which the reference is made and to the institutions referred to in the first paragraph of Article 23 of the Statute, in accordance with that provision.
