In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Regulation, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission concerning detailed rules on the visibility of commercial brands during product demonstrations or tastings and on information and promotion material, and on the visibility of the origin of products on information and promotion material; the annual work programmes; the selection of simple programmes; detailed rules under which a proposing organisation may be authorised to implement certain parts of a simple programme itself; the arrangements for implementation, monitoring and control of simple programmes; the rules concerning the conclusion of contracts for the implementation of simple programmes selected in accordance with this Regulation; and the common impact assessment framework for programmes, as well as a system of indicators.

(18) In order to ensure the coherence, effectiveness and sound management of the measures provided for in this Regulation as well as the efficient use of Union funding, the Commission should be delegated the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 of the Treaty as regards the specific conditions of brand visibility and the indication of product origin, the criteria for determining the eligibility of proposing organisations, the conditions governing competitive tendering between implementing organisations and the conditions according to which the proposing organisation may be authorised to implement certain parts of the programme itself and, finally, the specific conditions determining the eligibility of the costs of information provision and promotion measures for simple programmes.

(18) Afin d'assurer la cohérence et l'efficacité des actions prévues dans ce règlement, ainsi que leur bonne gestion et l'utilisation efficace des financements de l'Union, il convient de déléguer à la Commission le pouvoir d'adopter des actes conformément à l'article 290 TFUE, en ce qui concerne les conditions spécifiques de visibilité des marques et la mention de l'origine des produits, les critères d'éligibilité des entités proposantes, les conditions de mise en concurrence des organismes d'exécution ainsi que les conditions selon lesquelles l'entité proposante peut être autorisée à exécuter elle-même certaines parties du programme, les programmes de travail fixant les priorités stratégiques et enfin les conditions spécifiques d'éligibilité pour les programmes simples des coûts des actions d'information et de promotion.
(18) In order to ensure the coherence, effectiveness and sound management of the measures provided for in this Regulation as well as the efficient use of Union funding, the power to adopt acts in accordance with Article 290 TFEU should be delegated to the Commission in respect of the specific conditions of brand visibility and the indication of product origin, the criteria for determining the eligibility of proposing organisations, the conditions governing competitive tendering between implementing organisations and the conditions according to which the proposing organisation may be authorised to implement certain parts of the programme itself, the work programmes laying down strategic priorities, and, finally, the specific conditions determining the eligibility of the costs of information provision and promotion measures for simple programmes.
