Underscores the need to strengthen the international criminal justice system in general and in this respect notes with concern that Ratko Mladić and Goran Hadžić remain at large and have not been brought before the ICTY; in this context, calls on the Serbian authorities to ensure full cooperation with the ICTY, which should lead to the arrest and transfer of all remaining indictees, in order to open the way to the ratification of a Stabilisation and Association Agreement; notes the need for ongoing support, including financial support, to enable the Special Court for Sierra Leone to complete ongoing trials, including any appeal processes; also notes progress in multilateral cooperation on the supply of expertise and assistance where the identification, collection and preservation of information would assist a wide range of international and transitional justice options, in particular through the Justice Rapid Response (JRR), in which more than half of EU Member States are participants, and encourages ongoing and increased support for the JRR;

11. invite toutes les parties concernées, en particulier les gouvernements du Monténégro et de la Republika Srpska, à coopérer pleinement avec Belgrade ainsi qu'avec l'Otan et l'Eufor en Bosnie‑Herzégovine pour localiser et amener devant les juges Radovan Karadzic et Ratko Mladic; invite dès lors le gouvernement serbe à poursuivre et à renforcer sa coopération avec le TPIY d'une manière efficace et à poursuivre dans les efforts qu'il déploie pour assurer la mise en œuvre de la loi nationale;
11. Calls on all parties involved, in particular the governments of Montenegro and the Republika Srpska, to fully cooperate with Belgrade as well as with NATO and EUFOR in Bosnia-Herzegovina in order to locate and bring to justice Radovan Karadzic and Ratko Mladic; therefore calls on the Serbian government to continue and strengthen its cooperation with the ICTY in an efficient way and further improve its national law enforcement;

Rappelant les résolutions 1503 et 1534 du Conseil de sécurité des Nations unies, le Conseil a souligné qu'il souhaitait que la Bosnie Herzégovine agisse à présent avec détermination pour faire en sorte que tous les inculpés en fuite, en particulier Ratko Mladic et Radovan Karadzic, soient enfin traduits en justice.
5. Recalling UN Security Council resolutions 1503 and 1534, the Council emphasised its expectation that Bosnia and Herzegovina will now take decisive action to ensure that all fugitive indictees, notably Ratko Mladic and Radovan Karadzic, are finally brought to justice.
