Given the involvement of a number of third countries and the potential involvement of international organisations in the programmes, including in security matters, express provision should be made for representatives of international organisations and of third countries, in particular Switzerland — with which a cooperation agreement should be concluded - to be able to participate, on an exceptional basis and under certain conditions, in the work of the Security Accreditation Board.

1. Sous réserve de l'annexe I du présent Accord et du droit applicable, les entités juridiques établies en Suisse participant aux programmes couverts par le présent Accord et aux activités menées par Fusion for Energy ont, en matière de propriété, d'exploitation et de diffusion d'informations et de propriété intellectuelle découlant de cette participation, les mêmes droits et obligations que les entités juridiques établies dans l'Union participant aux programmes et aux activités de recherche en question.
1. Subject to Annex I to this Agreement and applicable law, legal entities established in Switzerland participating in Programmes covered by this Agreement and activities carried out by Fusion for Energy shall, as regards ownership, exploitation and dissemination of information and intellectual property arising from such participation, have the same rights and obligations as legal entities established in the Union participating in the research programmes and activities in question.

Concernant l'attribution de subventions à des organisations établies dans les régions, il convient de noter que - dans le cadre du programme «Jeunesse en action« – seules les organisations exerçant leurs activités au niveau européen et ayant une structure et des activités couvrant au moins huit pays participant au Programme peuvent recevoir des subventions pour leurs frais de fonctionnement.
Concerning the award of grants to organisations established in regions, it should be noted that - in the framework of the Youth in Action Programme - only those organisations exercising their activities at European level and having a structure and activities covering at least eight countries participating in the Programme can receive grants for their operating costs.

L'agence et la Commission communiquent directement avec toutes les personnes ou entités établies en Suisse qui participent aux activités de l'agence ou d'Eionet, soit comme contractant, participant à un programme de l'agence, personne ayant reçu un paiement effectué du budget de l'agence ou de la Communauté, soit comme sous-traitant.
The Agency and the Commission shall communicate directly with all persons or entities established in Switzerland and participating in activities of the Agency or EIONET, as contractors, participants in Agency programmes, recipients of payments from the Agency or the Community budget, or subcontractors.
