Cette contribution proviendra du solde non engagé de la dotation mentionnée à l'article 3, paragraphe 2, point b), de l'annexe IV à l'accord de partenariat ACP-CE, la dotation dite dotation B. Si le solde non engagé de la dotation B est insuffisant, le reste sera prélevé sur le solde non engagé de la dotation mentionnée à l'article 3, paragraphe 2, point a), de l'annexe IV, la dotation dite dotation A. Un montant total de 126,4 millions d'euros sera donc transféré des dotations nationales respectives vers la dotation intra-ACP au titre de l'enveloppe consacrée à la coopération régionale et l'intégration et sera utilisé pour la création d'une facilité de soutien à la paix pour l'Afrique.
Such contribution will be taken from the uncommitted balance of the allocation referred to in Article 3(2)(b) of Annex IV to the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement, the so-called B-allocation.
