Reprise du débat sur la motion de l'honorable sénateur Manning, appuyée par l'honorable sénateur Meredith, que le deuxième rapport (intérimaire) du Comité sénatorial permanent des pêches et des océans, intitulé Pleins feux sur les phares gardés de la Colombie-Britannique et de Terre-Neuve-et-Labrador : Un rapport du comité, déposé au Sénat le 6 octobre 2011, soit adopté et que, conformément à l'article 131(2) du Règlement, le Sénat demande une réponse complète et détaillée du gouvernement, le ministre des Pêches et des Océans étant désigné ministre chargé de répondre à ce rapport.
Resuming debate on the motion of the Honourable Senator Manning, seconded by the Honourable Senator Meredith, that the second report (interim) of the Standing Senate Committee on Fisheries and Oceans entitled: Seeing the Light: Report on Staffed Lighthouses in Newfoundland and Labrador and British Columbia, tabled in the Senate on October 6, 2011, be adopted and that, pursuant to rule 131(2), the Senate request a complete and detailed response from the government, with the Minister of Fisheries and Oceans being identified as minister responsible for responding to the report.
