1. La Commission gère le programme conformément au règlement (UE) n° XXXX/2012 (nouveau règlement financier) relatif aux règles financières applicables au budget annuel de l’Union (ci‑après le «règlement financier»)[15].
1. The Commission shall manage the Programme in accordance with XXXX/2012 [New Financial Regulation] on the financial rules applicable to the annual budget of the Union ('the Financial Regulation')[15].

2. Les instruments financiers pour PME ayant des perspectives de croissance peuvent, le cas échéant, être combinés avec d’autres instruments financiers mis en place par les États membres et leurs autorités de gestion conformément aux dispositions [de l’article 33, paragraphe 1, point a), du règlement (UE) n° XXX/201X [nouveau règlement financier] sur les Fonds structurels] et avec des subventions financées par l’Union, y compris dans le cadre du présent règlement.
2. The financial instruments for growth-oriented SMEs may, where appropriate, be combined with other financial instruments established by Member States and their managing authorities in accordance with [Article 33(1)(a) of Regulation (EU) No XXX/201X [New Regulation on Structural Funds]], and grants funded from the Union, including under this Regulation.

4. Conformément à l’article 18, paragraphe 4, du règlement (UE) n ° XXXX/2012 [nouveau règlement financier], les recettes et remboursements générés par un instrument financier sont affectés à cet instrument financier.
4. In accordance with Article 18(4) of Regulation (EU) No XXXX/2012 [New Financial Regulation], revenues and repayments generated by one financial instrument shall be assigned to that financial instrument.

Après l'entrée en vigueur du présent règlement, chaque organisme visé à l'article 185 du règlement financier général est tenu d'adopter un nouveau règlement financier en vue de son entrée en vigueur pour le 1er janvier 2003 ou, en tout état de cause, dans les six mois à compter du jour où il se trouve dans le champ d'application dudit article 185, suite à l'octroi d'une subvention inscrite au budget général.
Once this Regulation has entered into force, each body referred to in Article 185 of the general Financial Regulation shall adopt a new financial regulation in view of its entry into force for 1 January 2003 or, in any event, within six months of the date on which it falls within the scope of the said Article 185, following the granting of a subsidy charged to the general budget.
