Espérons que nous pourrons en arriver à une entente dont nous pourrons dégager, pour nos relations bilatérales, des leçons qui seront applicables au niveau multilatéral, de façon à ce que nous sachions quoi faire et quoi ne pas faire.
Hopefully we can arrive at an arrangement which will render some lessons in this bilateral situation, and which will allow those lessons to be applied multilaterally so that we can know what we can or should not do.
