Lors de la notification précitée, l’Allemagne avait informé la Commission qu’elle envisageait également d’octroyer une aide à DS pour un autre projet d’investissement (P3 à Freiberg-Sud) dont le démarrage serait pratiquement simultané à celui du projet notifié (à savoir le 1er septembre 2007) et permettrait d’élargir la capacité d’une usine de wafers photovoltaïques déjà existante de 350 à 500 MWc.
At the time of the notification, Germany informed the Commission on aid to be granted for another DS investment (project P3 in Freiberg South) started almost simultaneously with the notified project (on 1 September 2007), for the extension of its existing solar wafer plant from 350 to 500 MWp.
